Key Responsibilities:
As a CNO Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- CNO Capability Development: Lead the development and engineering of CNO DEVELOPER JOBS capabilities and services, specifically focusing on defense and exploitation techniques to gain strategic advantages in cybersecurity.
- Reverse Engineering & Vulnerability Analysis: Oversee and guide the reverse engineering of malware and the analysis of software vulnerabilities. Identify potential threats and weaknesses to ensure system resilience against cyberattacks.
- Cryptographic Solutions & Security Measures: Develop cutting-edge cryptographic solutions, implement anti-forensic measures, and enhance product security to protect sensitive information from adversaries.
- Automation & Virtualization: Use automation, virtualization, and advanced technologies such as AI/ML to design, deploy, and sustain capabilities for mission-critical operations.
- Collaborative Innovation: Lead an agile team, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure full project lifecycles are effectively managed. Drive operational innovation and develop strategies to counter security threats and overcome limitations in complex systems and architectures.
Basic Qualifications :
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following basic requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CNO developer jobs capability development and engineering services, including defense and exploitation strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in software development and DevOps techniques for advanced malware variants, cryptographic capabilities, and emerging unknown protocols.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements to design security, resilience, and cryptographic solutions that address real-world challenges.
- Secret clearance (TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Additional Skills & Experience:
- Programming Languages: Expertise in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, Python, Assembly, or PerlScript (3+ years of experience).
- Experience in Advanced Platforms: Familiarity with big data platforms, cloud computing, ICS/SCADA systems, and software debugging.
- Hands-On Operating System Experience: Practical experience with Unix, Linux, RTOS, or VxWorks.
- Exploit Development & Malware Reverse Engineering: Proven background in exploit development, malware reverse engineering, or network security.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of telecommunications operations, SIGINT collection, INFOSEC (information security), and protocol analysis.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in global telecommunications systems and related architectures.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and the mitigation of environmental and security challenges.
- Understanding of telecommunications operations, information assurance, and other aspects of CNO DEVELOPER JOBS.
