Exam Pattern:
- For Generalist posts: Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, General Awareness (200 questions).

Salary & Benefits
The candidates will undergo training with a stipend and, after probation, will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers with a salary ranging from Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (CTC).
