Key Responsibilities:

  • Counterintelligence Analysis: Serve as a subject matter expert in CI, conducting detailed analysis of intelligence data to identify threats and vulnerabilities posed by foreign actors.
  • All-Source Intelligence Products: Research and analyze intelligence from multiple sources to author products that support operations and inform decisions.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with CI, HUMINT, and other intelligence stakeholders to coordinate operations and share critical information.
  • Timely Recommendations: Provide real-time, actionable intelligence and recommendations, often under pressure, to senior military and government officials.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and share your expertise through leadership and collaboration.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, with at least 4+ years supporting CI operations.
  • Experience coordinating and collaborating with CI or HUMINT teams across the defense intelligence community.
  • Proficiency with IC-standard intelligence tools, databases, and production techniques.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Completion of In-Residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis, Military Service, or Foundational Analysis Course.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting joint command-level organizations in a CI or HUMINT capacity.
  • Knowledge of analytic tradecraft standards, such as ICD 203 and ICD 206.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to brief senior military and civilian leadership.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
